∞ If you had a child who ‘didn’t have time’ to learn the threats implicit in the benefits of human culture and technology, you might restrict their ability to interact with them. Probably severely. You would have to do this in order to save their life, and the possibility of their development. And to protect the world and other beings from the results of their prideful ignorance.

So, for example, your millionaire son clearly hasn’t the slightest concern or awareness of the dangers of driving automobiles. Or anything at all. When he’s old enough to start learning, he buys a Ferrari. You take the keys and, in other ways, insure he will not be driving. The reason is simple: he has neither the capacity to apprehend or the interest in examining the dangers implicit not merely in driving… but in »the idea of driving.

If your kid ‘doesn’t have time’ to learn and carefully think about how deadly a firearm is, you don’t provide guns. If they don’t have time to learn how to use a knife, and cut themselves or someone else every time they pick one up, you insure they have no access to knives… until such time as they ‘have time’ to not only learn the dangers, but to pro-actively and intelligently relate with them. After all, guns, knives… cars… are lethal »in general, and are absolutely deadly when used without considerable insight and intelligence. Faculties that are abjectly lacking in nearly every user.

My point, however, is a bit deeper. Nothing on Earth is deadlier than human language and ideas. Our minds are ‘the vehicle’, ‘the knife’ and ‘the guns’ — yet not only do we ‘not have time’ to learn their dangers… we actively celebrate oblivious ignorance in place of attention. Apparently, we ‘do not have time’ to teach each other how to »learn to use minds. Or language. Or knowledge. Anything actually. And the problem is simple: there is no one there to correct us in these domains. There is no such authority, idea, or context. Those that exist, are either abstract… or inhuman.

When we cannot drive our minds and collectives with anything vaguely resembling an active awareness of the lethal nature of language, ideas and frameworks… what happens »is the standing opposite of intelligence. The problem is, that we cannot ‘see’ the results, because »our way of looking hides them as they emerge into reality and effect. Just like the teen with the ferrarri. And technology »radically and continuously amplifies the power of this incredible hubris and ignorance… ‘glorifying’ it with an ever-extending scope of effects. The damage that happens from the accidents in this domain, happen »in all minds and lives on Earth. They ‘crash’ into… the entire history of life and intelligence on our world, every being that ever existed here… and every person or creature that has or will be born here.

That’s ‘where’ the accidents are actually happening, all day long, ever-more explosively. Because we ‘don’t have time’ to learn to think about just how dangerous language actually is. Or to see into the specific domains of actively self-enforcing stupidity that have become the churches where we ‘worship our progress’ and ‘celebrate machines’.

If your kid wouldn’t learn the dangers of a gun, you would not give your child a gun. But language and knowledge… are far deadlier. They are the »sources of cars, guns, and knives. If we ‘don’t have the time’ to learn these dangers and ‘begin to intelligently drive our minds’… the explosions we are making in biology and history… the future, and our planet… are going to come to the most excruciating kinds of climax. And then?

You won’t have the time. Ever. Again.

∞ Because my relationships with learning, intelligence, relation itself… nature, and reality are fundamentally beyond and above all category… they must resist all religion and explicit formulation to remain true.

Consider that even the study of mathematics is »not the religious assertion of its formalisms, but rather, the ‘impossible’ discovery, »understanding, correcting, verifying, «contexting, correcting and analogizing of them as human ideas. In other words, ‘mathematics’ is both the formalizations and fact that the process of learning-as-discovery (and ever-deeper understanding) lies »above all products.

This process cannot be formalized, in part because it is beyond all ordinary form and has aspects of structure that are »not. The ‘process’ is not a process and it has ‘a whole’ in it that »leads to everything in every moment of time. The whole affair is nonordinary, and does not fit in models. Its root is the root of intelligence itself. This root is not its products or the processes that we may derive from observation, simulation, and so on.

So, too, relationships. The more I formalize them, the more abstract and objectified they become. If I am formal about keeping them informal, a complimentary problem ensues. To the degree that I exchange or inhibit the relationship with my ‘religions’ about it… I am departing relation. To know my companion, I must relate with them. Ritualizing or fetishisizing is the process of inhabiting the artifacts of the loss of relation, and this process is self-accelerating and effectively consumes other processes in order to proceed.

It is precisely because my experience of reality, intelligence and relation carries the explosively uncontainable essence of that which is continuously transcending itself and is beyond even such terms as ‘divine’… I must »have the relationships in the moment, and any more than playful attention to models and structured explanations must be deprecated, if not actively suspended.

Religion is what you get when you stopped getting what it actually pretends to be delivering. Models are toys. Reality is relation. Now.

∞ “They were unaware that their relationships with language and ideas… with identity and meaning… were being fundamentally transformed over time in ways they had no little chance of becoming aware of. For these were the assets upon which their awareness was founded. And they were changing them. Unconsciously. By reforging the foundations of meaning and identity in the images of their tool-inventions. By relation with machines, and the transfer of the resulting metaphors back into … the origin and nature of their own minds and world-ideas.

Over time, a cascade of crises ensued, as meaning and identity collapsed into language, and the nature of language itself transformed under the influence of ‘broadcasting’ it.

Eventually, the old precedence of consciousness over language collapsed, and language began to induce consciousness in its image, so that, rather than having minds… they had statements. Swarms of them. And they propagated these, and became ‘repeaters’. Not for ideas or meaning. Not for identity or sensing.

For statements in language.

The whole nature of their relationships with language transformed almost overnight as the declarative ‘power’ of mere words became entrancing and psygenic.

Declarations in language began to overwhelm the minds that, previously, presided over them… producing something almost mindless. A contagious, invisible machine-like presence in their consciousness that inhibited anything that wasn’t rendered in its image.

Thus it was that at the end of the second decade of the 21st century, seen as a community, the common people were in a situation they were as helpless to recognize as they were to amend. Yet this wasn’t the first time something like this took place; indeed, it was but the latest reiteration of a process even our distant ancestors were familiar with.

And they left us stories about it… about its origins… and even… about the antidotes.”

∞ Observation changes everything. One who is being observed associates and identifies with real or perceived observation, and observers. This fact is at the basis of mind itself; we form minds in observational contexts that are relationally charged with myriad characters and potentials. In simple terms: human beings form minds in relation with observational contexts. Once exposed to this paradigm, we also forge ‘interior’ analogs of ‘exterior’ events, analyses, and various degrees of capable or incapable rationalizing activity. But, effectively, we will form our minds, imperatives, conscious senses and developmental character… in and with observational contexts. This fact has unimaginable power: if we forge actively intelligent mutual contexts that are relationally and developmentally true, the humans within those contexts will acquire new forms of mind, intelligence, agency… humanity. We are engineering the wrong domain; mechanical replacements for relationships and personhood. The domain we are ‘made for’ by our own natures and history is mutual superfunction. Essentially, in small, intelligently formed ‘teams’ we can learn and retain our humanity. In shattered or competing ‘individuals’ we shall find only chaos and competition for basic necessities we are being actively deprived of so that we can be sold counterfeits. This is an observation environment. We are reforming minds here. But not actively. So here, we are subject to the formative imperatives of the context and environment. Unless we change those, and form »actual collectives, here, with and for each other, within a context that was pre-compromised. Ironically, this is the perfect tool for that adventure. What is required is those capable and interested in initiating, sustaining, and surpassing its protocols.

There is nothing that is not being observed by all beings. And this sense, when lost, is a terrifying impoverishment, because with it goes the ability to see, feel, and sense… as and for all beings.

98+% of what’s actually accessible to human cognition and awareness is unavailable to ‘modern’ science. It follows that, if some corporation ( neither a human nor a scientist ) makes absurd decisions about what can be posted based on their crude understandings of science, not only will that be unscientific, it will be formally wrong some vast portion of the time. Additionally, actual science is about !discovery, not about dictating the nature of reality or phenomena. Science is not a religion of known objective declarations. That’s Scientism, not science. It also resembles many aspects of something we might call cognitive fascism.

Also, anyone can see a circular rainbow on any clear day: just look at the sun though the branches of a tree.

∞ What we refer to as ‘intelligence’ is actually a standing wave of possible nonordinary senses, existing primarily in potential. These are easily co-opted by religion (where we are given falsified broken replacements), ‘explained away’ by science, or dismissed with words that carry derogatory connotations, but when carefully examined these ideas are found to refer to the foundations of consciousness, its organs, origins, purposes, and developmental assets.

Imagination is the term I had in mind.

The senses that may emerge from intelligence under careful development are limitlessly broad and intrinsically infinite. Unfortunately, we are a bit like children who, given something vastly too fraught with potential for our present capability, find ourselves compelled by the crude and more superficially obvious aspects of the situation. Like smashing things into walls, bullets, our world, or each other. To falsely grandiose effect.

Yet, the fact remains that our intelligence is an infinitely diversifyable asset — that »requires our mutual attention, agreement, nurturance and communion in order to develop adequately.

Our innate birthrights are profound beyond the most fevered hopes of religion or technologists who prefer to develop machines. But if the fundamental asset upon which our modern humanity rests lies undeveloped and neglected while we instead pursue ‘knowledge collection’ and ‘technological prodigy’… we will not survive long enough to enjoy the meager and too often terrible results of our misdirection.

The direction toward development is mutual relational intelligence, »not machines. And it does not lie in the rabid collection of and replacement of living places and our innate potentials with ‘data’.

Without intelligence, the artifacts of our ignorance become gods. Uninterruptible. Unstoppable. And ravenous to accomplish actually lethal fictional purposes at every possible historical, environmental and human cost. Our rampant stupidity is actually consuming the future and the past… and turning out deadlier and deadlier human fictions and machines.

We need something entirely distinct from our experience and expectation. We need our world, nature, each other… and contexts in which the actual purposive character of our developmental potentials are not merely tolerated — but celebrated and catalyzed into mutual superfunction and developmental fulfillment.

Recovering our faculties and abilities will not be accomplished with weapons, protests, or complaint. We either become it together, or we continue to passively empower the fictional monsters that rise from the remains of our neglect… these are the natural repercussions of our »failure to organize an actual culture that acknowledges the nature of living beings, ecologies, intelligence… and relationships. First.

∞ The dream whose silent eyes announce that waking is yet a stranger transit; deprived of vital pulse and living variance… entombed in myriad monoliths who stand at reality’s shore like stone gods prescribing possibility and declaring words of dire and structured admonition as fact or law to rule instead. The dream whose silent speech is drawn from movements of the animals. Or living places. Another water of another order in which identity itself is soluble. The dream whose silent streaming wraps our minds in wings and wonders … ancient and beyond our habit or permission.

The web of the orb weaver looks geometrical and highly structured. It is. The web of the black widow, by contrast, appears chaotic, random. But this is because we cannot »see into time. If we could introduce that dimension to our vision, we would see that what seems chaos to our ‘flat time’ vision, is actually a transtemporal geometry…

∞ Step 1: Minds are a -little- like elements in a network. Step 2: These networks pre-existed any -specific- minds. Step 3: Search for traces of the actual (non-mechanical) network-generating substrate in beings and living (more-than) networks within and around you. Step 4: Attempt various connection protocols.
